  • IS JEWELLERY FROM YOULRY 100% REAL AND CERTIFIED?

    Absolutely! All our collections are made with pure gold, be it yellow, white or rose gold. We use 22 karat and 18 karat real gold only, to make our jewellery across all categories. Our diamonds and gemstones are completely original and certified as well. We have the SGL and IGI certification to authenticate our diamonds. We only use the best and the most precious Swarovski stones in our jewellery collections. Furthermore, Youlry is an all-inclusive Hallmarked jewellery brand.

  • WHAT IS THE RETURN POLICY?

    We have a 15-day return policy. Meaning you have 15 days from the date of product delivery to request for a return. Once you raise the return request, we will arrange for a pick-up from your doorstep. You will get a 100% refund to your bank account once your returned jewellery has been received intact/as shipped, and quality-checked by us.

  • WHAT IS THE SHIPPING PROCESS?

    Our logistics partners are Sequel Global Logistics & Ecom Express. We ship our products in a tamper-proof package and all our products are insured until they reach you.

    Our shipping date depends on the product selected as well as the delivery address. Shipping is FREE OF COST all across India. Once the product is shipped, you will receive a tracking code to track your shipment.

    Please note that the business days mentioned do not include Sundays and public holidays.

  • IS THERE ANY EXCHANGE POLICY?

    Yes, we offer an exchange within 15 days of you receiving the product, for the entire value. We also have a Lifetime Exchange policy across all jewellery categories. The Lifetime Exchange starts after the 15-day refund threshold. This will be as per the prevailing metal rates with a deduction of 6% on total value, 100% deduction of precious stones and 90% value in the case of diamonds. The process of exchange starts with a quality check of the product, after which we provide the exchange value.

  • WHAT ARE THE AVAILABLE MODES OF PAYMENT?

    We have multiple payment options. Customers can make payments using Credit Cards, Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallet or UPI services.

  • ARE THERE ANY ADDITIONAL OR HIDDEN COSTS?

    No, there are no additional or hidden costs. Even the 3% GST is already included in the price of the jewellery that you see on the website.

  • WHAT IS THE ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME FOR YOULRY PRODUCTS?

    Our shipping time-frame for your order is 12-15 business days. Delivery will follow, as per our logistics partners. However, if your selected jewellery is not ready to ship, the time-frame might change depending on how long it will take for your selected jewellery to be available for dispatch, and you will be informed of any such occurrence.

  • HOW TO CHECK THE DELIVERY STATUS OF AN ORDER?

    To track your most recent orders, simply click on My Account at the top of the page and go to My Orders under Dashboard. This is the easiest and fastest way to get the most current information regarding your orders.

  • WHAT IS THE WARRANTY PERIOD?

    If your jewellery is delivered with a defect, you can request for a refund within 15 days of your original shipping date, we'll exchange it for free or refund the full cost of the jewellery, as well as provide free of cost shipping.
