All orders shipped by www.youlry.com are safe, secure and hassle-free. All our products are insured for transit by our insurance partners. We also take all necessary precautions for record keeping and tracking with our shipping partners to ensure that there is no problem in the shipping and delivery.

Every piece of jewellery purchased from www.youlry.com will reach your doorstep in safe conditions and secure in tamper-proof packaging. Our courier partners are Sequel Global Logistics & Ecom Express. We will dispatch your items through either of these courier partners, depending upon their serviceability in the area of the shipping address and other factors that may be considered from time to time.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping is totally FREE OF COST to you, all across India in all serviceable regions.

PACKAGING

Every jewellery package from us arrives at your doorstep in durable, tamper-proof packaging. Your product is delivered to you in an exclusive KD Gold and Diamonds Ltd box along with all the relevant certificates and proof of purchase.

DELIVERY LOCATION

Orders can be delivered only to your Residential or Work location. Delivery of orders cannot be done at any public place like malls, hotels, restaurants, hostels or public streets.

If at all you are unavailable during the time of delivery, the courier company will make 3 further attempts to deliver the product. In case you are still not reachable/available, your shipment will be sent back to the origin address.

CHANGE IN SHIPPING ADDRESS

  • Check the status & track your orders by visiting the "My Account" section of the website
  • Shipping details can be changed by you even after the order is placed, only till the order is actually shipped from our showroom. To change the shipping address, send an email to cs@youlry.com

Guarantee of the delivery of the product is subject to the Terms and Conditions of the courier company. Any discrepancy in the details of the receiver will result in non-delivery of the product.
